Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In their original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with your order details. Once the return is approved, instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
